This chart provides calculations for 4,6, and 10 people, if you are entertaining 20, multiply the drinks shown for 10 people by 2. This chart is calculated on one drink per hour. For example lunch probabaly will last 1 // hours so you? will need 1 ?? drinks times 4 people equals 6 drinks.

REMEMBER this is a guideline. You have to decide what you think is correct. Some people in the industry feel that for a 3 hour party your guests will on average consume 2 ?? drinks. Hopefully this will help in your decision making. Have fun planning!
